Turquoise is porous and fragile - I would be doubtful that you can clean it in a sonic cleaner, but I bet it did wonders with harder stones and gold and un-tarnished Sterling. I would be afraid that my turquoise might crack in the heat.
I am sad today. A classmate was killed in a motorcycle accident. He rear-ended a stopped car that was waiting to turn left and somehow slid under the car. I was casual friends with him, but good friends with his wife. They were sort of like the class couple - married for 25 years.
I am glad your BP was calmer today Huronna. What was that 3rd number on your stats? Pulse or O2 level?
How are you Flagryl?
How is everyone? Where are my peeps at? Ha ha, remember that ad?
Sid is making me a T-Bone, potato salad and a green salad to help me feel better. I have to miss Darren's Memorial Service because I have a medical appointment that I can't get out of. There are a couple of us that have things we can't cancel so quickly, but of course you know there is always those couple of people that are going to judge, which is a bummer indeed. Or maybe my own sadness is making me feel insecure.
On a happier note, it finally stopped raining here and there is no severe weather threat until tomorrow.

EEK gads, where did yesterday and today go? I did go to the gym yesterday, but I will never go around noon again. It was packed and with all those bodies the temp was really hot, I did manage to do 40 minutes total, and then that was it. Came back and Joe and I played a couple of games. He had actually gone for a little walk when I was gone, using only his cane. If I had been home I probably would not have let him go alone, I would have followed with the walker just in case. but some days he feels really good, I just get nervous that he will over do one day and then bam, backsideing again. I'm meeting my trainer at 4-5 today and on the way home will be stopping at the casino for an hour or so, depending on how things go. Maybe 5 minute ha ha, you never know. We are meeting a long time friend tomorrow for lunch. She one that I met in Italy in 1973, Her second husband does not go with us because of politics. So stupid because Joe and I don't talk politics or religion when we go out. He's just so narrow minded. But Nancy and us have been friends for too many years so we just leave him at home. Thursday nothing and Friday I have to go with Joe to one of his Neuro appts. Ugh, here we go again.
Trying to make another 4th tag, but seem to be brain dead at the moment.

Yesterday whooshed by. Lunch with a friend, worked on a tut and had it all done, until i was about to make the avatar and realized the word art that came with the tut was spelt wrong ARGH!!! and it wasn't even on of my typos. Luckily I had saved it all in layers and I was able to put it all together again, with the right spelling this time.
Been think about our next auction which will be in August. thinking about one regular and one silent. Have had a few questions about this. Today I got swept up in AI doing a bunch of crazy animals. Nothing tubed as yet, plan on working on that between now and the debate. See you later.

i did a tut today, too...w/one of your ai tubes! well, the tiny bi-pin light bulbs have started to go in the strips underneath our kitchen cabinets and NO ONE can tell us what kind of bulb will work, a light store sold us one that blew right away. company who made the fixtures no longer exists, so an electrician friend said you know what, those strips are ancient [24 yrs old and i cant believe the bulbs have lasted this long] so in the long run you might consider installing new ones. read a bunch online and most agree. so hes coming out saturday. ka-ching.

Hi all, back from holidays and had fun, first few days i had my grand daughters with me, then they went home and left just me and my sister. My sister had a few melt downs whilst away but thats normal behaviour as she has autism. just trying to catch up with everything. I see some people around on facebook , and while away had hardly any internet to do anything, so now all my gadgets, mobile, tablet and laptop are all updating.
So sorry about your class mate Grassy, thats very sad..
Still not decided on a laptop yet, i keep thinking maybe for cheapness to get an external drive to put my psp7 and psp9 on as well as all my tubes and scrapkits.
My daughter is now working and enjoying her job, i have had the grand daugters a couple of times lately just so they are not on their own to much at home, more during the weekend, but summer holidays are coming up so thats 6 weeks, not sure how that will work but we shall see.

Tilly, is your sister ok now. Was it something specific that triggered it or just the stress of different situations? Hope things are calmer now. Lots of kids coming and going for you. Many people have external hard drives. I had one once, and it constantly was updating and I guess I really depended on it. It went belly up and I lots everything. So now my computers and my lap top have terabyte memories. and what I don't have on my computer, I have in my fotki account. Great to see you and would love it if you started PSP-ing again

you are so patient and understanding w/your sister tilly!!! i wouldn't put your psp programs on an external. tubesand scrapkits ok on external. you should be able to buy a cheap computer w/enough space. just don't load a bunch of game apps and you should be good, be sure to install the oldest psp programs first before ANYTHING else to get them established, because of issues w/shared files, 7 first then 9. 9 can be wonky w/newer windows, good luck!
3 wk post shoulder surgery and I'm out of the sling. will most likely put in back on occassionally to give my arm a rest. doing well, have lost 5 lbs and it feels good to get back into some of my jeans/pants. I plan to keep it off, famous last words!!!
