Not a good n ight at all, have no idea why, but I usually take my BP about an hour before going to bed. When things are nice and calm. but last night it was really elevated and an house later it was 199/132 and we called 911 to take me to the ER. All tests run were normal, gave me something to lower my BP, called my primary this AM and waiting for a call back after I talked to the nurse. Stress? Anxiety? I think that have been my life for as long as I can remember

That CAN be really scary. Hope that all is under control now and doesn't happen again. What is ever=n more frightening is that they can't find a cause for it. I had the same thing happen to me awhile back. I think it scared my kids more than it did me.

Crossing fingers that the mystery remains history connected to the age you used to be Huronna, and you don't have to deal with it again. Crossing digits and sending all the good wishes.
Flagryl... Blessings and prayers your way. I hope recovery is super smooth!

Very odd, today all have been normal, I've taken my BP about every 3 hours. I only took my regular meds, nothing new. I will pick up the scrip today since I just got notice it was ready, but not going to take it, if my BP stays normal. Sure don't want it to bottom out.

Why strange Huronna? I mean, strange beyond the BP or is something else happening to you? Sending love.

Sometimes normal life can be hectic . . . How are you today?
Not much is going on here. It is the hottest day of the year so far. It is supposed to be hot and stormy all week.
I have a lunch date with someone from high school tomorrow. I was not especially close to her in school, but she reached out, so I figured what could it hurt to meet with her? I never clicked with her clique, so I wonder why she is asking me to lunch? Guess I will find out tomorrow. Our 50th reunion is next year. Maybe it has something to do with that. Did you guys go to your reunions? I am wondering if I should go? I mean, it may be fun, but I was shy in school, so I was really on the fringes.

Sometime People mature and regret the opportunities that were lost. I've always been way to far away from school people. I do chat on Facebook with a rae one, but that's really all. Only one real friend from school and actually we have been great friends since the 6th grade.
Today's been ok, but I'm always a bit apprehensive when I take my BP, hoping it will be normal.
I finally bought a sonic jewelry cleaner. I don't know why I have waited all these years, BUt when I picked up one of my favorite rings that had to be repaired and wowo! it looked brand new. She said they use a big one for bathes, but have one from Amazon when only doing one piece. So that's what I did. Made it my little birthday present. Probably will play with it tomorrow. Of course to do all my jewelry it will take a week HA HA

Oh, I heard those sonic cleaners are the cat's pajamas! Please tell me your experience!
I have not been to any of my reunions. I was supposed to go to my 25th, but I was still married so you know how that went. I am not even mad or sad anymore. He was just a blip on my radar screen. High school was sort of like that too. No major drama associated with it anymore, although at the time, it was such an angsty big deal. If only I had known then to save my energy for more important things. I was more friendly with the kids in the class of 1987 and 1988 (I graduated in 1985). I was in town for my 30th - and had moved back home by the time my 40th came along - but I have never gone to any of them. The friends I kept from my year never come back either, so I guess I just don't want to fool with it. I am out of my shell more than I was in high school, but I still don't do big groups much. But it's weird because if we had an AL gathering, you likely wouldn't be able to shut me up. Maybe I am more comfy with you guys.

Ha ha, I aged myself ten years. It is only my 40th reunion coming up. My classmate wanted nothing than to hang out - which we did for six hours. She said I am easy to talk to, which surprised me. But it was just an easy lunch at a new place here in town. I enjoyed myself immensely.

Glad you had a nice time. The sonic cleaner is unreal. I can't believe how dirty my jewelry is, it sure didn't look it, but you should have seen the water after one bath done. I did about 5 bracelets and 5 rings and it took 5 minutes, Granted they don't look like new because so many of my pieces are quite old and I wore a lot of jewelry all the years I worked, so there are those minuscule scratched. but holey hannah, what a difference. I only did 2 small batches, a lot more to do, it takes 5 minutes and you use tap water, and when the five minutes were over the water was toasty warm and really cloudy . I guess with soap residue, or lotion, of even perfume and hair spray, plus ust "dirt" I can't believe after all those years of buying liquid cleaner and what was it in the old days...ammonia water? And it only cost $35 plus shipping and taxes. Kick me for waiting so long./
And...today was a really great day. Joe even suggested going to the gym with me. I actually had thought about cancelling his membership. But he was on the recumbent elliptical for 30 minutes. Then he helped get all the salad ingredients out of the refrigerator for me and after dinner used the dish washer and later actually empted it. This my seem like little nothings, but since it has been 6 months since he has done most of them, today was a really great day.
And my BP was normal normal all day.

Oooooooo thanks for the link!
Joe going to the gym and helping is huge. That is wonderful!
And Flagryl, way to go! That is cool that you do your reunions. My mama did many of hers too. I wish I wouldn't have been such a wallflower in high school. Now I am friends with nearly everyone, but not everyone goes to the reunion anymore.
