Come and tell us how you are and what you are going to be doing. "The Family" always likes to know how we all are.

No trick or treaters here again, we've never had them here...too isolated. I got all my labs and ekg done yesterday. Neighbors are having a BBQ party tomorrow. She's a bow hunter and bagged an elk a week or so ago so I am looking forward to some elk meat, love it. Low in fat and no wild taste.

Hello to all on this late Tuesday night. I'm so happy the election is over and no more of those nasty political ads on tv.

I stayed up until 1 AM, couldn't keep my eyes open anymore. I woke at 6 and turned on the computer and was able to calmly relax and go back to sleep another hour. To say the least I am ecstatic about All the results especially The 47th Pres. of the USA Donald Trump. And that's all I'll say politically here.

Good evening all. Sure glad the elections are now over with. Happy that Trump will be our 47th President. This will indeed go down in the history books for sure. It was a landslide victory for him to.

ReeRee arrived this afternoon and we have been talking continuously . Has anyone's ears been burning. LOL Though she hasn't stopped in here in quite some time, she was a really active members back in the old MSN days and the early Proboards days. She drops in every couple of years and we have a really enjoyable time.
Will take care of my WWO's after ReeRee leaves, so that will be Friday at some time.

well crud. My computer started messing up with my plugins again. I decided I wasn't going to mess with it any more and I ordered a new computer. I bought an all-in-one again so he was crabbing at me for that last night. This new computer has Windows 11 on it. I just tried to install PSP on it and it would NOT work. I can't go without it, it's my sanity saver. so I guess I will wait until Sunday when he is off and have him switch my computers out again. UGH I could say ALL the words right now!!

Well, you all know that we love cruising and this past year after coming back in Feb, hubby has had a lot of issues. Things have gotten a lot better, still not perfect, but last night he said...have you been looking for any cruise out of Tampa in Dec? I said, are you ready to go? he said yes and that he would take one of his walkers to be on the safe side. sp off I went. Not easy as there isn't much time. Royal Caribbean and NCL were only doing caribbean cruises, which would have been ok, but only the regular rooms were still available. At our age and with Joe problems, we won't get anything smaller than a suite ( and also they come with a lot of benefits) I was striking out, so I googled to see who else was going out of Tampa. Celebrity and we had never gone on them before. And they had a 12 day-er going from Tampa to New Orleans, to Costa Maya, Cozumel and then Tampa. YES! and suites were still available plus until tomorrow there was 75% discount on the second guest, if booked by tomorrow.

Dec 12-20. 8 days, many times we have done overseas connecting flights and 24+days. This is one we drive 30 minutes to the port, valet park the car and get on. I figured if we were going to try and star agin, it was best to start easily.

HA HA, since there are a lot of sea days it may just be photos of the ship which we have never been on before. Since we have been to Costa Maya and Cozumel last year, we may not even go ashore. We do have a tour in New Orleans, thought I was there for a week with the first on back in the 60's. And Joe and I were there in the early 80's . Not the same as visiting foreign countries LOL

I think the cruise sounds lovely.
Mary, I didn't see your post about the all in one computer before. I'm not surprised that it doesn't work well with PSP, they are small in size and have a specialized kind of ram that synchronizes with the CPU. It will work great for email and surfing the net but not for ram hogs like PSP. My sil had an all in one and their grade school son used it. Good thing was they learned it didn't handle photos very well so they started uploading all pics from their phones to Google drive. They both have work computers for ram intensive programs.
I have an ECHO scan next Monday. If all goes well, I'm clear. If not, I'll need a nuclear stress test.
The alarm kept going off on our septic system. The pump is fine. They are going to drain one of the tanks tomorrow, but it's not full. May be an issue with one or more of the lines. All is well now, so fingers crossed.

Hi RONI!!
I had an all in one computer before andit was fine but the repaid guy recommended to steer clear of them as they can't access the inside very well. I had it for a long time though!
