CCDT Tube Heaven Tubes

Right in the TOU the lady says some of the tubes are from tuts and such and we should put CCDT Tube Heaven on there and not her own name.
Is it still OK to use them since she's extending credit to her site and not herself as an individual, or is it better to not use them?

Grassy I believe this site has been discussed not only on AL2 but also on Net Sisters when it was brought up She has two sites, one is called something like "scratch tubes" thos that she supposedly made from tuts or by hand. The other site had way too many no nos including tons are artist tubes with no credits
