my exculsive tubes are for members own personnal use only they are not to be passed between groups . you may make tags and snags for others use
She doesn't resrtict the tags just the tubes but I will abide by what ever Huronna says. LOL

Firstly it is a beautiful tag Polly
you may make tags and snags for others use ....I would interpret that as "finished tags" not ones that people can alter since she only wants SE members to be able to use the tube.
Why not ask H-E-L-L directly for confirmation. and then get back to us. Or I could e-mail her

That is very pretty. It reminds me of High Society. Not that I would ever really mingle in High Society, but I used to be a bartender, so I served them drinks LOL! It is really regal and posh.

I posted on her site under the exclusive tubes and her response was....as long as the tubes aren't passed around i have no problem with any member making tags and letting others put their names on it hun
SO it is ok to make a tag and offer it to people to add their names
