I don't know for sure that you can use Elvis Presley because I think he's a no-no because he is a famous person. I don't think we're allowed to use famous people because some of them are trademarks.
I love CSI:Miami and I was told that David Caruso was a no-no.
Maybe Elvis isn't because he might be in the Public Domain.
But defo. ask Huronna. She knows everything.
