? About the Navigation Bar at the Top

I have a private forum here at Proboards for some of my storage and I was wondering about how you make the text bigger in the navigation bar at the top of this page.
The one that says....

Home, Help, Search, Members etc?

Mine is so small that I can't hardly read it.

I made little pngs and modified the existing skin.

The ones I made for my ferret site are much cooler. They are little ferrets in a solid color and white lettering. Shows up even better
