NO
No one can add anything to this. She is a PTU artist and tags made with PTU artists cannot be altered in any way.
It must be snagged and used as it

Very cute Bev, and even though we cannot add names to this, I would have used it "as is" anyway! I snagged and thank you.

Thanks! How weird...every time I try to use that snag from Dean (the 'Dahling' one) I get the same 'image has been moved or deleted' from PB. I even deleted it and then uploaded it again and I get the same result.

Sorry Huronna, I was going by AMI's TOU, I have had that tube since she was still with them and as long as it said Happy Birthday it was ok
Blank tags, stationary headers, desk top themes, ect is strictly prohibited. All creations must have either a saying (for example a "snag tag") or a personalized name on them. If creating a stationary side border, text is not required. However you must display the artist © and license number on the actual graphic using the image(s) and a credit with the same information on the stationary footer.

Bev, you are misinterpreting those TOU. A "blank tag" is something that people can alter, which basically is what you made even though it has a saying. The thing is... no one can alter a PTU tag unless they have a license and the same tube. And adding a name is considered an alteration You see if anyone could add their name to a PTU tag, then why should they buy them?

This is really cute, but, may I ask a question about PTU"s? This is where I'm really confused cause I don't use them, so I don't know the rules, but I love to snag them occasionally. LOL I don't see a license # on this tag. Is it suppose to show one? It's what I'm reading in that TOU or am I misunderstanding this? Just asking for my own info. LOL
However you must display the artist © and license number on the actual graphic using the image(s) and a credit with the same information on the stationary footer.

Ok Huronna, I get ya. Susy, there is a license # AMI has you put intials instead of numbers. my first two intials of my first name which is BE then you put AMI then the first two intials of your last name which is MA so that makes the license # for me BEAMIMA
