If you remembered on the group when you opened to the message board there were 50 threads visible.....when there weren't white pages HA HA.
But when I was trying to decide how many should be visible here, I went back to MSN and looked and usually it was only the top 25 that had activity.
So I set this board so that only the last 25 threads would be seen on the first page.
But you guys/and gals have been just chatting and animating and many of the active threads were back on the second page.
So Last night I changed the settings so that the last 40 threads would be visible.
I just want to know if this makes a difference in the loading speed for you. Does it make it slower? Is it easier seeing that number of threads?

Loaded fine for me, but I have DSL.

Observant one had to go take a second look lol...looks fine and loads fine for me but I'm on cable.

I like the longer thread myself, it probally is not gonna bother anyone that has ISP provider is DSL, or Cable. I have Cable.

I had to go dial up here, BUT....it did NOT make a difference in the speed of loading for me, maybe because I have a lot of memory ( 4 gig ) and a fast processor? I like having more messages on the first page because things seem to get lost quicker otherwise.
I think the new change is great!!!

I use DSL too and I buzzed right along with no problem.

I love the change. Loaded like always, but I also have DSL.
I don't like having to go back to look for things so I think
the change is great. This board is so busy, I have a hard
time keeping up with it. But, it's GREAT! I'm going to try to add a tag here, just because I've never
done it before and hope I don't screw up this thread

OK gang, you answered my question. Actually even though I'm on fiber optics, yesterday everything was running slow for me. But tonight things are just zipping along. I wanted to make sure it was just me and thank goodness it was only temporary
