OK, I have been working on this tag forever. I have a frame of peach colored roses and I want to put one peach colored rose in the middle of the picture and then do peach colored text. I want to use DSB's Bright Noise filter on the single rose and the text to make it glitter and give it some animation since I am trying to animate all my stuff as much as I can now.
I have two frames and two roses, but I can't get them to work together.
I need my rose selected so that I can add a drop shadow and then the noise.
How do I get them all so that it's four layers of frame, frame, rose, rose and not 2 frames on a separate selection and 2 roses?
And once merged, how do I add the drop shadow and noise so that the rose doesn't shake?
Thank you so much!
Did I explain that good?
Love from your friend Grassy

Can you do a screen shot of what you have? Open the image in PSP and use the print screen key that should be above the backspace key, then paste that as a new image and save as a jpeg and post in a reply. Hope I explained that ok.
Then I can see exactly what you have and maybe be able to help you better.

I think I figured it out! I wasn't merging, and I should have been duplicating in this case. Here's what I came up with.

It's it a good feeling when you are able to figure out how to do something new? Glad to see that you figured it out Grassy and what a lovely job you did on your tag.

Hoochie! OMG! I almost forgot about that! True enough, I haven't caused Nachos cardiac arrest in a good while. I think the secret is that I found a whole bunch of other neat-o tubes like Barb Kermis and JustCarol and Amanda and Picnic Alice and BAMA and all kinds of good ones. Now that I have a real good library of appropriate, CR aware tubes, I don't necessarily need all the hoochies. But of course if I find a hoochie I have to use, I know how to cover her up. ReeRee taught me how to clone brush, and Neo taught me other techniques, and Huronna taught me how to crop. Maybe the hoochie days are over? Shhhhhhhh, don't say it out loud!

I forgot that Jillian and Susy taught me how to feather too, and I have access to all the AL2 Safe Tubes, so I am totally set up for non-hoochie things. It's a lot funner this way too because there's no deletion and there's no wet noodle. And Nachos likes it too. :-)

Ooooooh Susy! Picnic Alice has adorable country tubes. I don't know the exact URL, but I bet if you Google Picnic Alice, you would find her. Just adorable stuff!
