Barb told me it would look better without the credits. She said these tubes came from a part of her playground thing where credit wasn't needed. But I sorta wondered about that. Since we are a CR aware group, is it required that we have a credit on everything? Even if the artist says it's OK not to? Please clarify. Thank you! Your friend Grassy

Grassy, we need credits on everything. And I think we are supposed to use the url on everything now too. Huronna will be back to let you know this for sure, but I think what I am saying is correct.

Grassy, just an added note. Even though the artist says she/he doesn't require credits, we need to use them anyway. Rules of the group and the site. Also maybe someone doesn't know the birds were part of her work.....I didn't myself, so to prevent someone asking you about it down the road, we need to use the copyrights.

Avatars only need the artist ©, unless it is a PTU artist and then you need your license # also. Some artists do not require their url, then it is up to your descretion to use it or not. I know you have sight problems and probably can hardly ever see my credits, and I'm sorry for that. But it's a good font and clear for the majority, myself included now after my surgery LOL
What you have now is fine.

I'm glad you didn't have to re-do the baby avatar Grassy. lol You would have had to use itty bitty baby letters for that one. lol

Grassy, I think stormy has a great idea here huronna.proboards88.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=535Boss lady wants credits on even if I don't require it so no prob but I like what stormy did. The color change made it much more appealing and less offensive without my credit blasting out in black over your name. After all the whole idea of a tag especially if it is a signature tag, is to display your name proud to get the focal attention it is intended for. Hope this answers your question. Babs
