OK, so I have a really cool flower garland, and the center of it is blank, so I want to put a picture in the middle. SO how do I make my picture round to fit into the center of the garland? Thanks so much! Your friend Grassy

I would use the selection tool set at elipse and select as much of the pic as possible, then c/p under the center of the garland.

You could paste the flower garland on top of the photo as a new layer. Then if you go to your photo layer and use you selection tool, go around the middle of the garland (but keep on the photo layer) then invert and hit your delete button. The will get rid of the excess photo outside of the garland.
