I got some nice shell tubes from Lone Angel at PSP Tube Depot. I thought it would be nice to do some beach themed tags, so I was wondering if anyone had some ocean, sand, beach type pictures and/or tubes you could share with me? Thank you so much! Love from your friend Grassy

"What's a beach?", Neo asks from land-locked Iowa. Can you raise pigs or grow corn there? roflmbo

I must be hitting a wrong button when I post sometimes. I was sure I had posted an reply to this yesterday.
I may be able to render a scene for you this weekend Grassy. Of course, if I get it done, it will be for the safepics here, too.

A beach is a geological landform along the shoreline of a body of water. It usually consists of loose particles which are often composed of rock, such as sand, gravel, shingle, pebbles, or cobble. The particles of which the beach is composed can sometimes instead have biological origins, such as shell fragments or coralline algae fragments.
Beaches often occur along coastal areas, where wave or current action deposits and reworks sediments.
Although the seashore is most commonly associated with the word "beach", beaches are not only found by the sea or ocean: beaches also occur at the margin of the land along lakes and rivers where sediments are reworked or deposited.
See Neo....even land locked people can have beaches

Northern Wisconsin...typical. Not a lot of natural sandy beaches up that neck of the woods. There are some, of course, but this is more typical.

Thanks so much all of you! Those are fabulous! Thanks for the help Silk. I am a member at Stock Xchang so I will look for sure. I will look over at the depot too. They always have nice things too. :-) This will be so awesome. I am cold and I have a wicked bad cold - so bad I can't speak - so doing beachy stuff will be a ball. There is no place I would rather be than at the ocean.

Glad you like them. Some I almost entered in a photo contest. My fav is the one in Mexico with the birds. But it was taken with my old camera...and that log pic...should have sold that puppy, but the edge of the dock ruined it. Of course for use, you could crop. Did I tell you all? I got a fancy new camera for Christmas. Professional. I'm goin' bigtime. Can't stop me now!!!
