Last night my Mura's started doing the runtime error AGAIN and I went to do a rollback to earlier time but hadn't set up any restore points. Grrr
Trying to run a cmd prompt but it says I have to be signed in as administrator, which I am. I even made a new account with admin priviledges and it still says the same thing. i really don't feel like starting all over again!

Did you have a recent Windows update?

Maybe another way to state this is are you up to date on your Windows updates? They usually resolve any 3rd party driver issues that compromise memory integrity. If you roll back or restore, you lose updated drivers and other important updates. Just a thought.

Mary this may help. Click on the start at bottom left of task bar, type in cmd, when the list opens right click on cmd at the top of the list and click on "run as administrator" this will open the cmd box.
