Some interesting challenges this month to keep us all on our toes. Make a background using any of the elements and masks I have supplied in my Fotki album...from #12 to #25. public.fotki.com/silkster/my-challenge-provisions/ password Susannah . Use tubes ,photos and images of your choice or/and scrapkit elements. Make something for yourself, someone else, a wwo, a set, snag or banner. Animate and credit. Enjoy.

I'm really good at doing those foreign tuts, but when it comes to designing my own backgrounds...t takes me forever and a day and then I'm still not always happy. But here's my results, not lets see if I can remember what I used, because I used stuff and then didn't like the results and kept trying other stuff. The swirly mask is in the background, dupliacted and mirrored and then changed the blend to overlay. I used your wavey lines and used consteallation on them, but the white results just seemed to jump out and bite you, so I lowered the opacity and changed that lend to overlay also. As a last minute addition after everything was done was the corners, I actually had used them on my avatar and thought.....hmmmmm, so I tried it on the tag and liked the result. Noise on the border and whiskers, underwater on the ribbon, and the warp took on the nose and mouth. Phew, and now to check out the other challenge

Oh I love that twister doo dad Rita, so good to see you on it! Here's mine. I used the swirly mask and one of the decos. Made my own background. Copied the image and pasted into seletion, two different seamless tiling and then a blur, used Mehdi sorting tiles, enhanced and Vanderlee Unplugged X Defocus. A snag if you'd like it.

I'm a foster mom from time to time but only with the old timers, gypsy [my rescue, had serious health issues that were ongoing and they weren't able to adopt her, no one wanted to take on the expense. I think we put my vets son through college.. 8 years later shes my hubby pride and joy and still costing me a fortune

I know the feeling, actually when I started with my vet, he really didn't know much about them at all, I had already been a ferret mom for over 15 years and had lots of contact with other ferret owners and their experiences. My vet in Fl was really great and learned right along with me. I only bought the first two and the rest were all rescues. And there were quite a few of them. I really do miss them, but with Joe's mobility problems it,s not safe for him or them, so when I our last past in 2020, we had decided that after 35 years that was long enough to be ferretparents
