Hi Everyone, So one thing I do is every year is, I make handmade Christmas Cards for my friends and family. I also usually sign up to make cards to send to a card group and they send them out to people who sign up to receive a card. Usually the card group requires a minimum of 10 cards to be made, and you can do more, I usually do 15. So this year because of my pc woes I did not sign up for the card group, but I would love to make the cards still and send them out to you lovely people here, for those who would like them.
The first 15 people who would like a card please let me know, then when we have the 15 names
I will get you to Pm me your snail mail, mailing address, I don’t care what country you live in, I will still mail it to you.
Please know you are not required nor obligated to send me a card back, this is purely my little happy mail to you and I really enjoy making them, especially given I cannot contribute here yet as you all do.
Time is ticking so let me know and I can start getting the 15 cards made, and ready to send.
~Dee
P.S. I promise I’m not a weirdo stalker, cat fisher, frog hunter, Phrogger, Psycho, or looking for nude pics, and I won’t be sharing your address with anyone but my handy dandy black pen and an envelope. I cannot promise that when you open the card, glitter won’t tumble out onto your counter top, it’s hit or miss…

The group The Zone, another graphic group I'm a member of, did this for a few years, and it was fun , but then got less and less and people were just sending e-cards. Mouselemur from DA and I have been exchanging cards for the past couple of years and I have to watch when I open those. She and her sister are fantastic photographers , living in Amsterdam and they are always visiting zoos and getting the greatest photos. We were hoping to meet last year when my flight transferred there to Copenhagen , but there just wasn't enough time. Some day we will though. Christmas letters are my thing, having lived all over the world, that's my yearly way of catching up with people. I love getting their letters. One couple we knew as great friends in Italy, but then as years went on and we moved, and they raised a family, we only saw them twice in over 40 years, And now...they stay in our house when we are gone for long cruises, or we fly up for a week and stay with them in CT. IN fact they will be here with us for a week in Jan before we leave for Rio and then will stay a month. Talk about babbling.....

My mum did the Christmas letter every year, you would get a card with a letter, on all that happened with family friends etc, for the year And always on really pretty writing paper, I wish I had kept them all, thankfully I kept her last one before she passed, she always signed herself mum and dad, then all their pets names with little hand drawn paw prints and bird foot prints, I loved that about her…
