![]() [/img]  See what happens when I try to get a picture to upload here? I 'copied' the IMG code and I then used the icon, fourth from the left, second row, as told to and all I get is the letters 'img'. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a simpler way of doing this? |

One you have copied the full img code...don't use any icon, just right click your mouse right in the messaage area and paste what you will see is a bunch of letters, but when you hit "POST" those letters automatically change to the image.  |

Cool, it worked this time. I was using the reply at the top of page and bottom but I guess I had to use the 'Quick Reply' . Anyways, I've got it down now. Thanks Huronna.

you can use either one. In the quick reply, you can't change font or size or align things, but it will upload the images

Hmmm....I wonder if I'd be able to do this...I've never been overly fond of forum type boards but I guess at this point none of us has much of a choice!!! {sighs} Oh well!!!

Is there a way to get images from our computer onto here? Or do we have to upload them onto our photobucket accts first? I think I might have to do some more investigating on my own with this proboards thingee... ;D

 Ok Huronna I have tried for three days to copy and paste a picture from photobucket... I do it the same way here as in all the other forums I belong to and it won't post..
If you edit my post,, you will see the code there but it won't post the picture.. I have been previewing first and no picture...Any ideas... I am going to try quick reply just to see it that works like it did for another member.. |

To post a pic here from Photobucket......
Copy the IMG CODE (Very last one) under your pic thunbprint at Photobucket and bring it here and paste it.
That's it!
There's no way to copy and paste that I know of.[/b]

There is something wrong with what you are doing Copy the img code and paste the code directly in this messgae area. DO NOT USE any of the icons Just paste it directly. It will look like a bunch of letters but if you hit preview the image will show  |
