Right now I have kicked out my hubby from his computer just so I could get in here. I came home from work and my computer has died. When I reboot it there is almost no sound, though all the lights are flashing as though it was loading. It's not the monitor, because we already tried switching monitors and that didn't work. So I guess first thing tomorrow morning I will call my computer guru and hopefully he will be open and I can take my baby there. Actually it's not a baby, it's an oldie which I got in 2002. So if I go MIA, that is the reason why
I will still definitely get on the puter to make the final change over to the forum a wee bit after midnight tomorrow
Oh his computer is just the real basic, I leery of even opening up PB at the same time....so bear with me

I think I'll even bring my XP disk with me LOL He makes the computers from scratch, I just hope that he is open tomorrow, by the way e-mail me at hotmail since I wasn't able to import my addies to his computer.

No, No, No. This doesn't sound good Boss Lady. I sure hope he is open today and can help you get back up and running. If he has to build you a new computer I hope that is as good as your last feller that did it for you. That computer has had a long life. Hope you are up and running real soon.

Thats always a sinking feeling when your computer goes down on you. Hope you back-up often that helps some. Best wishes with your computer.

Oh no!
I hope your guru was open today.
I would just go beserk if mine died and it could happen any day now.
Every time I ask John for money to get more ram, he says we don't have it to spend on the pc, but, if I saved the money that he spends on his large can of beer every night, I bet I could come up with it in no time!!!

Oh Dang!!!! Not now of all times!! But better now than when you had to move us to this nice new home. I sure hope you are back with us soon. You know how much we will miss you around here!!! BTW, have a wonderful New Years Eve tonight and be safe!!!

That's the pits. Specially with all the work you have to do. Mine did the same thing last week but turned out a program I downloaded was the cause so it's up and running.
