Talked to Anita earlier, her eye, from the spidie bite is totally closed, she is on meds and has an appt again next week. Gracie her kitty is a bit groggy after spending the day at the vet for her sinus clean out. I guess they had to sedate her quite a bit and poor little thing kind of tripped over her littler box earlier. Little by little, she will come around as will Anita.
I will give her another call in a couple of days, also any WWO just add one for Anita and I will grab them and put them in a continuous PM to her.

Sorry to hear about Anita eye and getting bitten my a spider of all things. I pray the medicine the doctor gave her works. Sad that pets can get the same things we do. Sinus's here are just terrible this season. Will keep Anita and her cat Gracie in our prayers. Thanks Huronna for the update.

Thank you Huronna. Anita has enough trouble with her eyes without this bite. Anita and Gracie can cuddle up together to recuperate. My very best wishes to them.

Oh my. The very idea of a spider bite on the eye gives me the heebee geebies. That must be very uncomfortable AND painful. Sending healing thoughts for Anita and Gracie. Hope they both feel better soon.

Oh my, I feel so bad for Anita and Gracie...
I feel like Suzie, I just can't imagine getting
bit on the eye, I am not afraid of Spiders but
that would be horrible...And poor Gracie must be
a little afraid with having to go to the vet
and had a very hard time... My prayers go out
to both of you, and I am sending good thoughts

Glad you called her, terrible. I know she's allergic to those nasty things. I am too, but not as bad as Anita. Hope Gracie comes round, too.

Just talked to Anita again. Gracie is back to normal after her sinus clean out at the vets.
But Anita's eye is still quite swollen and not comfy at all. She is on antibiotics and has another appt this Thursday. She was in a great mood and we chatted for about 40 minutes getting up to date on all the gossip.

Talked to Anita last night....she sure does miss everyone and hates not being able to get on line here. but her eye is still swollen, not totally anymore but still far from normal. She went to the Dr. Yesterday about it again and he continued her antibiotics and had her start some other procedures. She's sorry she missed seeing all the great new July 4th tags, but will enjoy them all when she gets back. She said thanks for all the prayers and good thoughts and hopefully she will be back soon.
Gracie is fine, fat and sassy as usual.
I sure hope her eye gets better, she has so much trouble with them without having all this happen.

that is improvement, but I so understand she has a long

Thank you Huronna for the update. Anita must be so fed up . Hoping it's not too long before there is major improvement and she is back with us. I wonder what sort of spidie it would be. We have some nasties here in Aus. but there are anti venines . Since we have some gekkoes now there are very few seen in the house for which I am grateful.
