talked to Anita again this morning. Her eye is still a bit swollen, but she feels that it is starting to heal as it itches. She is being very careful not to scratch it. She was in a good mood and I always enjoy talking to her. She says hi to every one and misses you all

We miss her, too. I'm so glad it is starting to heal. It's so hard to resist touching your eyes when they itch or are irritated.

Terrific news, I hope the healing speeds up now. I killed a small spider in the bedroom last night, sometimes those small ones can cause the most issues.

Yesterday was telephone day. Also talked to Anita. Found our something I didn't know. She gave up her driving license about 4 years ago when she started having real trouble with her eyes. If she told me, I totally forgot. So it was a great story that happened yesterday. Her granddaughter Phoenix called her at 7:30 in the morning to chat. Then told Anita she wanted to take her to breakfast. Anita kind of hesitated because it was so early and she had just gotten out of bed. Phoenix said she should open her door and let her in as she was actually talking to Anita while sitting on her door step LOL. So they Phoenix called in their pick up order and off they went. They drove to a deserted lake area where they had all the privacy they needed and had a lovely breakfast and togetherness time. Anita didn't get home until after noon. Anita loves being around her grandchildren.
OK health, her eye isn't really swollen anymore but still itches, but she is careful she doen't scratch it. She has another eye appt the end of this coming week. She still isn't ready to get back on the computer.
I told her I had tons of tags all saved for her from people and she said "How will I ever thank everyone" told her one thank you would cover everyone.
I'm hoping soon that she may be able to come back, but her health is foremost important.

Thanks for the update. I sorta remember about the drivers license and her mourning it. So, big question. Was this a poisonous spider like a hobo? I also react to other non-poisonous spiders with swelling but I know Anita is especially allergic.
Anita, I hope you get better and can return. Your breakfast sounds amazing, what a great granddaughter, Phoenix.

I don't think she has any idea what kind it was. She thinks it got her while she was sleeping
