and so many asked about. I finally heard from the lady who manages the group and she said it was up to me if i wanted to share. She also told me anyone would be welcome in her group.
First you need a tube. My new image was 400x400, but you can use any size you want. I flood filled it with a color from the tube. Copy and paste the tube. Then click on Gaussian Blur--Radius 20. Effects>Seamless tiling with corner, linear and bidirectional checked. H&V at 0, transition 50. Reflection effects>Feedback all at 100 and elliptical checked. Reflection effects>Kaleidoscope and play with the settings, reflect checked. I used 0 for H, V, R, S and experimented with the rest. You can get all kinds of strange things just by playing with the numbers. Click on effects>Edge>Enhance. Then add your tube and anything else you want.
I hope this makes sense.

Thanks, gave it a try, used edge effects-dilate instead of enhance though.
