I thought this turned out especially well. It's using the Add Noise feature. I am still trying to figure out how to make a swirly pattern glittery.

The font is used is one called Vitamin, and I put it at 130. Here's a new one with a SBP preset that I added noise to at 64, 69 and 74. And I expanded the text by 5 and added a little blue outline.
