Well, another one with a sense of humor, and who likes play on words LOL It definitely looks like you are not a beginner, so I'm going to jump right in and throw a few suggestions at you.
The first and very important is to put your animations on a solid background. There are many reasons for this. There are gremlins that live inside AS and they love to cause havoc when something is on transparent. The will cause edges to look jagged, they will also put white halos around things, as it did with your text especially. Though you can't see it when it is posted on a hite messgae area, when I looked at in in AS there are those white jagged edges all around the text. If you had put a drop shawown on the text it would even have been worse.
Frame 1 and 5 are the same. To save on bytes, delete frame 5 and change the timing to 200 on frame 1
On frame 3 where you have the closed eyes, try leaving a very thin line of the eye on the bottom. That way it won't look like the eyes have just disappeared. And for an added fun effect you can even add eyelased on that closed eye frame so make it look sexy LOL
Also when things are on transparent, sometimes the gremlins will take an arm or a leg and toss it into another frame. You won't see it in AS, but when you go to post you might have 3 arms or legs and you'll be scatching your head forever trying to figure out what happened.
Usually the only thing that works on transparent is pixels and even then especially when you same them inot PB, PB will mess them up.
Hope this helps a bit

The eyelashes should actually be on the fully closed eye frame, you have them on the 1/2 open one, but unless someone actually takes the image to AS and really looks at it, it's not noticeable.
It does look quite a bit cuter now, don't you think?
