Wow. we actually had snow in our mountains!

timeline....a couple of weeks ago. Fortunately, I had my camera with me while visiting Michaels...when I came out of the store, I was totally surprised to see our county mountains covered in snow, it's really a big deal in San Diego!!! I stood in the traffic, hoping no one was coming up behind me!! Couldn't see how well it looked in the camera so had to wait until I got it loaded up at home into the computer. I was so pleased....top picture a little enhanced with contrast.
Then I wanted to see how it would look with some clouds, so time to play with some pictures of clouds I got last year. I think the mountain sure stands out better with the dark sky. But the clouds look blue too....I tried spraying them with a bit of white but then they really looked fake. Oh well, my photo manipulation skills are being tested.
