Many thanks Neo. I decided I should try to animate something myself but I'll also have another shot at getting yours.

Wow, it sure took a long, long time for that darn photobucket to let me do anything. Anyways, here's my stab at it. It's not much on animation but just couldn't think of anything else to do.

I am assuming that the raspberry jam is seedless, Carol. I might have to have some before bedtime. It sounds yummy. Mousie obviously think so, too. LOL We could have a lick-off..... snickers
Wonderful tag, Silk. I don't know if a bee can eat fruit, but I'm pretty sure they are attracted by it. There's alot to look at there, I love it. Kudos.
Thnaks for doing the challenge. Good work!

I almost forgot about a page two, Barb. I tell you....I don't know if I'm going to taste those cherries. We had a cherry tree when I was a kid. The cherries looked awesome, but they were so darn sour that I still haven't recovered. They do look beautiful though. Thanks for doing the challenge this week.

OMGosh. There goes the diet that I'm not on and should be. I am sitting here absolutely drooling all over my keyboard with your cake Betsy. That is sooooo scrumptious looking.
And Neo is doing the sweet dance. Wonder if I should eat some of Betsy's cake then jump on the sweet and bounch with the cherries and loose all those pounds.
oooooo and there is that sweet little mini-me desguised as a strawberry. How cute.
Diane that would make a great background set up. Looks fantastic.
Carol, give that poor mousie a bib, he's gonna start drooling too.
Goodness gracious Silk, what a delightful tag that one is.
Thanks for all the snaggies ladies.

That is exactly what my gray cat would do if he found a cherry, Mandy. It's all about making that make-believe prey move. A lesson in how to torment a piece of fruit....lol Clearly this feline was raised with a meece and is a bit confused.....lucky for the meece. Thanks for doing the challenge.

I had to come back and look again. I also forgot to say thank you for all the snags. What imaginations we have here. I will have to give that some thought Suzie and see what I can come up with.

LOL Omigosh, Steve.....wait until Grassy and Betsy (our two resident 'bright is beautiful' members) see this. It really looks good on that hot pink. I see you even alternated the up leaves and down leaves. Kudos. Thanks for doing the challenge.

Hi Neofyte! LOL ..I am amazed too with my little masterpiece ;D You people are boosting my imagination! wish I could do some animation to it too, but it will take some time! I can use the "ready made" image effects that we find in AS but I thought you people want US to create something ourselves!! Take care! and thanks again for the challenge!! can't wait for next week's!

The tags in this thread are amazing!!! You are all such talented peeps!!!! My tag rather pales in comparison, but it's all I've got for now - lol! Betsy, the time you spent baking and decorating that cake was well worth it, it's FABULOUS!!! Thank you all for the snaggies!!! I grabbed 'em all, but that's no surprise is it? Neo, I've got one question. I wanted to put two more bouncing strawberries on the two "y's" on either end, but I wanted them to bounce in a different cadence than the one in the middle. It was a disaster!! Do you have a suggestion for me? I tried copying half the frames, pasting in AS and then copying the other half and pasting them to the other end, but it did NOT work out quite like I had envisioned it. My strawberry just sat there hunching looking like it might take off and bounce at any second but it never did - lol. What am I doing wrong???

I do this all the time. My cherry on the sweet does it. Ordinarily, I just highlight 1 or 2 frames from the start of the frames that I'm dragging, cut and then paste them after the last frame. That would keep the sequence in order. I use the crosshairs thing to mark where I want the bottom to land.
That being said.....I gave this some thought and I think I have come up with an easier way for these fruits........give me just a sec to double check.

Yay!!! It works! See. Since the fruit is in its lowest position, it can be positioned pretty easily by sight. Just use the animation that you're making to change the sequence. In AS, after you've added the first berry, highlight and cut a number of frames from the start and paste them after the last one. Then you can just drag another set of berries where you want them.

Oh, hey make sure you have Selected all on the berries before you drag them. You could even set a couple berries on the s and g, instead of the y's. I tend to make things on one line, but now that I see yours, it might look kind of neat.

Okay, I think I understand what I did wrong. I was trying to cut and paste the frames of the strawberry before adding it to the text. But, if I add it first, and then cut and paste a few from the front to the back it doesn't change the order of the frames so it still bounces. Thanks Neo!!
