It's Friday and you know what that means. I need to think up a challenge. This one was a dilemma for me. I'll tell you why. We have animators in all stages of learning, so the question is how easy to make something. Below you will see 4 pngs....cherries and strawberries. One set has glass applied and the other not. If you go to the Safe Tube site, in the album 'For Challenge', these pngs will appear. If you click on one, you will find in the description box, the link to its simple bounce animation. It isn't a clickable link, so you need to copy it and paste it into the browzer window. That will take you to 4 Share and you can download the animated frames. They are nothing elaborate.....just a little bounce up and down....lol You can make whatever you want to add one to....or two to....whatever. You may want to use the available frames to do something more complex or you may want to use just a png and start from scratch. Shucks.....you might want to make your own strawberry or cherry. Since they are in our safe tubes now, credit can be to AL2 for them. Be sure to add proper credit for any other images you might use. Post your result in this same thread, so we can find it easily. Newbies, jump right in. This is a challenge, not a contest. It is for fun, inspiration, and fellowship. If you have questions, ask. Go forth and animate.

This actually started out as a circle of strawberries using Mura Meister Copies. Then I thought I would make it rotate and used the rotate in AS. Then I thought, I wonder what it would look like as a kaleidoscope rotating. So I took the layers to As and found a nice setting, but that looked kind of blah. So I tried something different. I opened up one layer and saved it, added the next and so on and heaven only knows what you would call this BUT....here it is

When I tried to download the bouncing strawberries, they came up as cherries. But the cherries came up fine.

Thanks for waking me up Huronna - lol. Love that effect though.
Neo, I hope it's okay to wait for Sunday to attempt this challenge. I know, I know - there's no time limit - ha ha ha. Good thing for me, huh? Pretty fruit, and I love the glass effect on them.

Wow. That was totally unexpected and totally wonderful, Bosslady. Your braincells must be way more awake in the morning than mine....lol I love, love, love kaleidescopes. Thanks for jumping into the challenge.
Betsy, I doublechecked. It must be on your end. My guess is that you did the cherries first and the strawberry url didn't get onto your clipboard, so it pasted the cherries url again. Make sure you see the word strawberries in the browzer window.
Not a problem, ReeRee. We'll be here.

OK... Took me all morning to bake and decorate this cake. It's snaggable and has ZERO calories. I can see now that the powdered sugar on the text is not sparkling very much. Next time.

You take that Happy Birthday right off there, Betsy. I'm not waiting for no stinkin' birthday. LOL Actually, the twink caught my attention, then I was so enthralled with the sparkly sugar on the strawberries, that I didn't notice the text until you mentioned it. Go right for the food, I say. That looks delicious. Kudos. Thanks for doing the challenge.

First of all, I didn't mean to overlook you, Silk.
Did you find where the link is? It isn't clickable. It's just sitting there so you know what it is. You need to highlight it, copy it, then paste it into the browser window. Then click the Go or the arrow or whatever makes your browser move. It should go to the download box. If you still can't get it to work, let me know. I can email it to you.

Oh my goodness, Mini Sue. What an adorable berry you are. I think you best be careful. You could end up in a bowl of cereal. That is do darned cute, Sue. I love the stem cap.
I agree, Diane. Two birds....one stone.....good idea. I think that I have a thing about backgrounds. I'm always studying them. I really like this one. Very nice and I am so ready for Spring.
Thanks for doing the challenge. Nice work.
