I found my filter I needed on a disc so I gave it a try. Is this really a bling? I need to go to bed but I wanna play now. But, Bob will get upset if I am hurting too bad today. Sandy

Very nice, chiefswife but I was wondering if you checked this part of the settings, hon, cause if you used the 4 line width, and checked this setting, your constellation would be a little thinner because the setting removes the star outline and just leaves the glitter. I can't really tell. LOL It's beautiful the way it is though.
Go to Xenofex-Constellation and use these settings. 3.00,75,50,25,95,75..angle 45 and check "make selection transparent"Leave the random seed as is. Click ok

Looks like bling to me - both of them. Sometimes I like a thicker bling. Other times I feel like a thinner bling with a playful after dinner coquettishness.

Thank you all for the comments. Susy, I did use those settings on the star but not on the first one I did. Maybe I will try again so I can see what I did wrong. Sandy

Oh no, hon, I wasn't insinuating that you did it wrong. I, myself, like the bling to be softer. I forget that the black background makes it look "thicker" LOL

Susy, I thought you meant I had left out something or did my settings wrong. I thought it looked a little too fuzzy myself, LOL. At least I know how to make a fuzzy wuzzy now I didn't get upset or anything. A question tho... what if someone wants to snag the first one and I already have it as a gif and not a psp file. Can they snag it and change the background to transparent or another color if they want? I know it can be done, but as a gif file won't it make the bytes higher? Sandy

It's pretty hard to make those background transparent because it's not all black and white, there turns out to be shades of gray also. The only way we can Share them is to e-mail the psp format to someone or to upload it to someplace like 4-share or rapid share.

I think you did a great job on both Sandy. I haven't tried the bling tut yet. So many tuts and so little time.

Silk, I see that you said that your Xenofex setting is making you see too many stars. Did you try my settings? I worked and worked with it to find a nice setting that would look nice on any color. I found out that sometimes the more you try to change the numbers of the settings, the worse it gets. LOL That's why when someone says "play with it" , it doesn't always want to play with me. LOL Here it is on pink I only put them on black here because I file them that way so I can see them in my files otherwise they would be white on white. When you're making the bling, it will look like there are too many stars because the layers are stacked on each other, but, when you take them and animate them, they're much softer and thnner.

Susy, yes I did try your settings but maybe my shape wasn't the best for it. I know what you mean about playing the settings ugh!! I'm going to keep trying when I get a chance using your settings on something different. Thank you for your help, Silk
