Hi! You made a tag that says Have a Sweet Valentine's Day. I am enchanted with what you did for the word sweet. Is that a font? How did you do that? How did you get it all cool like that?
Please tell all!
Love from your friend Grassy

Oh boy, is that the cookie one I did? I'll have to take a look at it...I don't keep notes on what I do when I make something but just wait...
Okay-I found it...can't remember what font I used, but it doesn't matter...just use a bold one, set your foreground colour to whatever you want the outline colour to be and the background colour to whatever you want the inside to be. Then-select all, float, defloat, contract by 2 (because you've made the text with a 2 pixel stroke width) do the easy peasy glass effect on the inner part of the text. Then invert your selection and add noise to the outside part (don't have to do that----I did to give it a cookie look) Then deselect and add a drop shadow. To do the melting look, I duplicated it, made a freehand selection around the part I wanted to have drips and used eyecandy nature-drip filter on it.

Or you can use your warp tool to pull some drips.

Coolios! Thank you so much! So I could do it on anything textwise and like put a pattern in there in the middle to pretend like it's chocolate frosting or sprinkles or whatever whatever? You are a genius!

OOPS, here comes another nosy one. Those are great hints Carol. I too wondered how people make the fonts look like they are dripping. I know some of the fonts are that way, but it is a fun idea for other things too.
