It's time to recognize the newest member of the Management Team.
Though it does seem as if Anita has always been part of it.
As one of her first responsibilities, Anita took over the Friday Challenge
In the past few weeks, she has brought out some of the things we seem to have forgotten.
Filters and tutorials.
We sometimes get into a rut and this is one way to give everyone a little push to do something different
Anita always seems to find the time to join in the challenges of the other managers also.
From the font challenge
To the photo challenge
Anita is really good at organizing her time as it seem like she is always around.
Giving advice, checking those credits and things like sexy images.
Sending PM's when necessary and hitting that delete button at times also.
That is one thing that is not the easiest to do, but Anita has learned quickly how to do it with grace LOL
And when she is doing all the above, and taking care of her friends,
She sometimes finds the time to make some presents for our collect-aholics
Knowing the likes of people, Anita will make that first special example for someone who love those types of images.
She is aware of people's favorite colors and artists also.
Anita had always been a very valuable member.
Since she joined the Management Team, she is irreplaceable.
We can't thank you enough for all you do Anita.
You were a shining example of a member and now you are a golden manager.
