Small World Story and an old snag for you.

You all know I have been around, have interacted with many artists and have reams of files.
I also love doing those foreign tutorials, even though I need to use a translator sometimes. (Google had a great one)
Anyone I had see a tut result the other day and the link lead to the tut writers site.  DING DING, some bell was ringing.  
That tut writer's name sure sounded familiar.  Had she been an artist?  Had I gotten permission from her at sometimes.
Looking in my Documents under artist , there was her folder  Anja Timmons.
Does that ring a bell for anyone?
How about misted photos of animals and babies?
