That one little tick did the trick, while his tail may not be as pointed as it should be.......................it is Moving

Now I have something for you to do with him. First delete frame 7 and 8.....frame 7 because it's too close to frame 6 except thinner and frame 8 because it is the same as frame 1. Since the animations are on a continual loop, frame 1 automatically follows the last frame, so it ends up a duplicate.
Now you have 6 frames. In AS highlight frame 2.....hold the shift key down and highlight frame 5. That will highlight all the frames between them. Release the shift key. Go to the copy icon and click it. Now highlight the last frame (frame 6). Go up and click the Paste After Current icon. Don't touch any of the frames.....go directly to Animation/Reverse frames. This is the same procedure as with the butterfly to keep it moving smoothly.
The tail should move upward and the downward evenly now.
