Lamb had to go to the facility in Albion, so I am totally on my own today. :-( Bum city! I have nobody to talk to at all, so I might bug you guys a lot.
I have big plans to bead and PSP all day.
Mythbusters and Pitchmen are on tonight.
I slept awesome last night! Either the new cold medicine finally worked or I was just so tired I totally crashed. In any case, I slept awesome.
Today is garbage day, so Lamb woke me up so that I could collect the garbage. It's colder today and cloudy. I hope it doesn't rain. Lamb looks so cute today. He's so cuddly and sweet. He fed our birds while I took out the garbage. I still haven't seen the woodpecker that I hear in our yard. But I saw a male cardinal and an oriole. And my mama robin had her babies, but I have only seen one of the babies hopping around.
I am in a really good mood today :-) I hope yall are too.
So everybody talk to me lots today so that I am not bored OK? Thanks!
Love from your friend Grassy.

I'm here to spread gloom I didn't get a good nights rest, too much coughing and nose blowing...finally just sat up on the couch so my husband could get some sleep before work. Still feeling like crap so will take it easy again today. Its our anniversary tomorrow but guess he won't be getting anything since I can't go out in public. Oh yeah, its also supposed to snow today...the joy never ends.

A bright and bubblie day to you all. Sorry you still aren't feeling well Carol. Terrible way to have to celebrate your anniversary my dear. Maybe he will make it up to you when you feel better.
Supposed to be another hot one here today. They are predicting 100 degrees here to day and by Saturday 105. This unusually warm even for us for this time of year. About 10 degrees hotter than normal. UGH!!!! I hate the heat.
At the moment it is still in the 70's and there about 20 birds doing their morning clean out of my bird feeder. A couple of different types of sparrows, house finch, cow birds, several Mourning Doves and White Wing Doves. And I have to remember to fill up the hummingbird feeder today.
As soon as I can find the rock my energy has hidden under I need to get my patootee in gear and go get some groceries and run some errands. I have two granddaughters that are graduating from High School next week and I still have to shop for them.
Hope you all have a great day and Carol I hope you get to feeling better.

Good Morning everyone. It is the most gorgeous morning here in the mountains. It is a breezy, sunny, cool 61 degrees, going to a high between 67 and 70 by mid afternoon. I slept wonderful last night. Woke before 9 a.m. (thanks everyone for whispering) lol and had my coffee outdoors with the birds and squirrels. Grassy, sounds like you are feeling better finally. Hope you continue to get well so you have fun in Florida. Carol....SNOW? My goodness it's no wonder you are feeling so poorly. I sure hope you get well soon, and you don't get the snow they are predicting. Enough is enough already!! Good morning Sage. It is so nice to see you posting. We miss you around here. Hope you have been well and can come join us more often now. I hope everyone that drops in this morning will have an awesome day and be safe. I plan on PSPing and working on the Quilts of Valor Project for awhile today. Most of that is handwork so I can take it outside and work on it in the fresh air.

Thanks for the get well wishes! I'm going to go and have a hot bath...time for some pampering, I think. Yeah-unreal about the snow, eh? I cannot believe just how lousy this spring has been...makes me wonder if I should even bother trying to garden this year. Made a good morning snag, it didn't optimize very well.
