LOL! We are having a four alarm, security level red toilet paper crisis! Lamb just used the last of our last roll so we have to go to the store at 10:20 at night to get some Charmin. Back in a few. I am dying laughing.

Hey wait a minute......what is wrong with kleenex, or paper towels....just throw it in a plastic bag and then into the trash. Of course if you have a sewer system it probably wouldn't hurt to flush, but I never had sewer so we never did that when we had to improvise. lol

Didn't have those either. All we had was pinecones. No thank you to the pinecones! But we are well stocked with toilet paper, kleenex AND paper towels. Since I have had this cold, I used up all the kleenexes.

In the good ol days, before non-skid paper was even invented...we would use the blue papers that were wrapped around oranges in their crates....our oranges came from California then - Well that was fine, and better than newspaper - crumpled up quite soft.......but we did have blue-bottoms LOL...a right 'royal' family!...Gosh Grassy what a subject LOL

I found it to be hilarious because usually I am so organized I know exactly how much of everything I have and precisely when I need to buy more. But this week I am sick with my first cold since like 1997 so everything is messed up and I plumb forgot to tell Lamb what we needed for groceries this trip.

All is right with the world. I have TP, fabric softener, laundry soap, paper towels, kleenex and cold stuff. Not NyQuil anymore. I took two spoons of that and I was hammered, so I had Lamb get me something less intoxicating - Robitussin.

I'm curious, Grassy, cause I don't think I read it, but, what store did he go to? Around here we can go to Walmart cause they're open all the time and we have Giant Eagle grocery store that I think is open ti 1AM.
I'm so glad you got your toiletries and medicine.
Being out of tp in our house is worse than being out of milk (for coffee and tea). LMBO

We went to Family Faire, which is open until midnight and which is only about a mile and a half from us. We figure when they finally build the Wal Mart on this side of town, Family Faire will go out of business.
