We have listened to your ideas and opinions and have decided to update some of our restrictions regarding the types of images that can or cannot be used at Animation Lessons.
Previously there was no exception, no legs, no shorts, no slits, no bare bellies...prude to the point where many thought we went just too far.
Toddlers or babies.....diapers are permitted.
Bathing suits...they are ok on children...this does not mean teenagers or even preteens. Keep it consistent with the type of ages we have in the pixel people. Children. No bathing suits on adults
Shorts or sport type clothing....that are decent looking, No up to the hootchie type shorts and nothing hanging out. Keep your image consistent with your tag message
Legs.....Ballerinas and fairies with bare legs are permitted, but they may not be "suggestive" Legs on adults may be shown to a little above the knee. This means that if there is a long dress, it can be "slit" but no further than right above the knee.
Midriff, bellies.....still must be covered and no clothing with cutout areas all over the place
Cleavage....this will stay as it has always been. No cleavage. This is probably the hardest item to try and control. If a little cleavage is permitted how do we decide what is too much. We don't have time to take out a measuring stick to examine each image. It is very easy to cover up even the least suggestion. Most tubes come from full images and 9 times out of 10 if the tube doesn’t have something like the flowers in this one, there will be something on the full image that you can use. Or find a complimentary embellishment. The image on the left is considered a NONO here but add a tiny embellishment like the image on the right and you are good to go.
Bare Backs.....are permitted as long as not so low that anything is showing.
Men.....in order to be consistent may not be bare chested.
A few things to remember.....the only bare skin that is beautiful here at AL is
PLEASE DO NOT POST ANYTHING REMOTELY SEXUAL IN NATURE. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THE SUBJECT IS FULLY CLOTHED, IF THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THE PIC IS SEXUALLY SUGGESTIVE , IT DOES NOT BELONG HERE.
Animation Lessons is a G-Rated forum. This means it is a forum suitable for all ages INCLUDING CHILDREN....though we are easing up on a couple of restrictions, the basic premise still remains. THINK PRUDE.
The Management can and will delete any tag with an image that does not conform to these rules.
Because the Management cannot be here 24/7 (though we are pretty close to that) anyone seeing a violation to these rules has permission to address the issue when it is noted. Please send the Management a heads up also if you see something that has been missed.
Any questions or discussions are still welcome.
We were glad to see that because of the majority of the opinions our prudity has been maintained. We are definitely unique.
