My Alien Skin Snap Art is gone from my computer's PSP! It won't install even with a Filter Patcher app! Oh what's a girl to do? I am using PSP9. Did it just bite the dust?
It's also telling me I have to register my Flaming Pear filters, but I registered them eons ago because I bought some and some were free in that Creative Pack thing.
What is happening?
I don't need to reinstall 9 because I let it sit too long do I? Oh say it ain't so!

Did you have a windows update? PSP 9 is wonky. Go ahead and register again, something went hay wire with that.

oh Brother, what the heck is Alien Skin Snap art? and what a shock! I actually have it on my computer, Installed it in 2016? I don't ever remember using it, but I guess it was in a tut or something. Anyway I have it installed in documents/my PSPfiles/plugins I have never uses a filter patch for anything. My flaming pear filters are actually installed both directly into PSP8 and also in My PSP files I would check to see where they are installed and then make sure that in PSP 9 it points to that location. What do you use Alien Skin Snap art? for?  ? |

I used Snap Art a lot surprisingly. For watercolor and Comic Book effects, and I think there is a really good pointilism effect in there. I had it installed like my other eye candy ones and it is still there. It is just not showing in PSP. The Flaming Pears I will just re-register. I have those serial numbers along with my other computer paperwork.
Yes, Flagryl, I did have a Windows update Thursday. Grrrrrr.

No, the Snap Art showed right back up after I re-directed PSP to that folder. Seems I was missing a lot of filters so I just did Preferences - File Locations - Folder - Add - and filters are re-populating. I wonder if my EC3 will finally work again. I would sure love that.
