Today's update from her son Ben....Hey Heidi, she was moved to rehab today so hopefully she will get the care she needs to get back home soon

Got a message from Ben....
Yes she said she received one from Betty and one from Dee so far. They’re trying to get her walking again so she can home.

Wonder what happened to the one I sent, and I sent it before you all did, Boo Hoo

Update: Silk's son Ben sent me this message:

"Heya Betty ! I just spoke to Mum and she asked me to let you know that she received your lovely card and picture of the deer ! 🦌 thanks so much it means the world to her. I am going set her up with a laptop when I am there in a couple
Of weeks."

It will be great if she can get online soon, I think it will boost her spirits. Stay tuned.

I don't think she has gotten my card... It didn't come back yet either. I will send another. I hope she is able to get online soon - and be able to walk and return home.

I used a Global stamp and it took forever. I sent it to her home and Joe took it up to her. Also keep in mind that Ben is only able to travel to see his mother every few weeks and then report back to us, so that doesn't mean she hasn't received it.

Don’t feel badly, I sent my first one the day before I posted the address, plus have sent two others, he has never mentioned mine arriving

I sent one too and I don't think mine has gotten there yet. I put three Forever stamps on it. Maybe they don't like Forever stamps? Maybe I will try a Global stamp?

You might add the street number (43) and use a global stamp if you think your card did not get through w/3 Forever Stamps, just a throught.

Not since post #39. PS I also wonder if that hospital has mailroom issues for patients, wouldn't surprise me.
