Where do I begin, I'm fed up with Fotki and they have blocked my account. I have already sent them 8 dollars before today which is August 8th. You see hubby's debt card was set to expire and he got a new one . I didn't use his this time I used mine instead. I make a mistake and gave out information I shouldn't have , but it's a debt card not a credit card, that was the problem. Does it really matter which one it is to pay these people or what? I have sent several messages about this to them and no reply at all. The money is there, but they have taken none at all. I don't want to send them anymore money now. Being that is a foreign country I don't trust them myself but I did pay and yet they won't take my money. What is a person to do? HELP!!!

First question, why are you paying $8 a month?
The one we all use and I use it for all of AL's safe tubes and ALL my stuff in $24 a year its the Premium S which is way way more space than any of use could possible need.
I have over 27,000 images in my account and I still have only used 6% of the space.
Maybe it has something to do with having to give them you PIN number? I really have no idea as I don't ever use a debit card, I only use cash back credit cards, pay everything at the end of the month and have never paid any interest.

To answer your question I gave them two payments of 4 dollars a piece. But now I got a message from them saying this: Fotki could not charge $4 from your credit card. (Credit card expired)
Your Fotki membership has expired and your account has been locked.
Your UserName is: margie52501. So I send them another message and told them about my husband's debit card and that it had expired but has new one where the numbers are the same but the date on it has changed. So what do I do now?

Didn’t it take a little while for them to get back to you last time? Maybe they are closed for the weekend. I’d wait a day and see what happens. Has the money actually gone out of the account your used?

I buy the 3-yr package because it's cheaper in the long run. I just emailed them for the best rate when I renewed.

Guess what? I went and got my Fotki account back today. I did it through Paypal and it's done deal. The phone number and email address was for the Better Business Bureau but kept all the information you gave me Flagryl. Thanks again for putting up with me. Sorry I gave you all some grieve. I got the one for four dollars a month. I went through Paypal and gave them the information on my debit card and it went through. No problems at all. I'm a Happy Camper now.

I had a similar thing this mth saying my credit card was out of date so I just used paypal and all is Ok. Not a big problem really and I also pay $24.
