I would definitely contact them. My question is, don't you have all your PTU images saved on your compupter? I have all mine in my documents. All different folders and even different ones from different companies. I add the company right after the name.
Huronna, I had looked in the folder and I had failed to see that I had package 174 with the kit bundle. It was entirely an (ahem) oversight on my part. I emailed Kelly and told her I was not looking for a refund, but would she be willing to allow me to substitute another package instead? I am waiting to hear from her. She is so awesome at Customer Service. I am sure she will let me do it.
Flagryl, that is encouraging news that you were allowed to substitute in another tube. I already intended to spend the money so that is not the issue.
