Credits and copyright---deletions will occur

Something to remember is Animation Lessons is a public site. That means it is viewable by the world.
As everyone knows, AL is a ©compliant site.
Every member knows this and it is all written in the rules.
The procedure has been that when something is amiss, I have sent a PM to the person regarding the problem. I know that everyone is not online as much as some of us, but leaving something up on a public site (which AL is) that is not properly credited, hinders our credibility of being a 100 % copyright compliant site. Sometimes days go by and the PM’s are not responded to and corrections have not been made.
So starting today, we are going to have a different procedure. One that we actually had in the past and I guess we have gotten a little soft about it during the past months.
If something is posted with a license missing, a full url not present (on new tags), a spelling error in the artist name, background photos not credited, (this include the background from challenges) or credits that are not legible...the item will be deleted. A reason will be posted in that post and a PM will be sent to the poster. Hopefully the PM will get a response. When corrections are made the poster is more than welcome to repost their tag.
I suggest you recheck your profile to make sure that you receive PM's and notification.
