Ever since a Windows10 update, my printer stopped working. It keeps saying that it's either offline, which it isn't cause I checked, or, it says default which should make it work, or some other malfunction. Anyways, I've googled for info, including uninstalling it and installing it again but it's still not working. The "Resume" button on it keeps blinking red. I looked THAT up and it told me to hold the on and resume button at the same time, and blablabla, but, it's still blinking.
There is nothing in queue or nothing on the print list whatsoever.
Any ideas?
I have a Hewlett Packard Deskjet F2100 Series - 2n1.

I have the model below yours. My options are on the front of my printer. What I did was I opened the lid, just stuck something in there, made a copy, which did work, and went back and did a test printing and it worked. Maybe try making a copy first? I dunno - it worked for me.

I assume you did, but did you try turning it completely off for a while and then plugging it back in?

Wish I could help, mine is from 2012 and though it was wireless, there was no way to change the router to a new one so I just have it connected directly to my computer. Good thing or Joe would be printing out all kinds of junk

Mine is from the early 2000s and works just fine. Maybe it's time for a new printer. Even newer ones can go belly up. I would call the company themselves and ask if they can give any insight.

I'm so sorry that I haven't been back to read all of your suggestions. My daughter finally was able to buy a house and we've been busy getting things ready for her to move soon, including some painting etc.
Anyways, I have tried everything that everyone has suggested with no luck yet, including disconnecting it from the outlet too. I'll keep at it and let you all know.
Thanks so much for your help.
