I never even tried this one before, was never brave enough, but I decided that I had to make an attempt. No animation, as I was wasted by the time I finished it

Looks like you have pretty much mastered pulling nodies and all that other stuff that goes with vectors. If, and i say a BIG IF, I ever get that far I will most likely still working on vector lessons when you get here. lol But then thinking about it, maybe I won't even try.
This turned out great boss lady.

The price varies depending on what state you live in. Florida isn't so bad, it's about $27 per carton. And then if you buy them on one of the Indian Reservations they are cheaper. I think California is the highest and when I was in the airport in Phoenix, they were $7 per pack I made sure I travel with my supply LOL

$27 is cheap for ciggies. I paid that much before I quit 7 years ago. They're around $38 here in Ohio. Hubby is the service manager for a vending company that's ciggies, music, and games and they are always more expensive in a machine or like at the airport than they are in a regular store. They're around 3.75 or so a pack but in a machine I think they are around 4.50 here. I remember when I was in my early 20's, before I got married, I use to pay .21 at the gas station. LOL

Your tag is fabulous! That is awesole!
Wow - $27 a carton is what I paid when I quit in 2001. Now in Michigan they are $51 a carton. It is cheaper to buy by the carton here as they are $6.18 a pack. Most people go to Indiana to a place called The Butt Hut where they pay $35 a carton. Michigan got smart, though. They put all these taxes on the smokes, so companies just made their smokes generic to avoid the taxes. Marlboros here are generic. My brand was Marlboto Light 100s in the box. They are only $5.79 a pack now. I remember how I always swore I would quit when smokes got to $2.50 a pack. So much for that. It was way more than that when I quit.

WOW! That's great Huronna.
I was paying about $45.00/ctn for Walt's smokes before he quit in May.

Mine, too! Marlboro light 100's in a box has been my brand for a looooooooooooog time now. It used to be the full flavor 100's but I went to lights about 10 or 12 years ago. Smokes are about $33 a carton here, but if you buy by the pack it's anywhere from $3.95 to $4.25 at most places. Too darned expensive for something that ruins your health. I want to quit so badly!!! Huronna, I think your lady in the cup is WONDERFUL!!! I always knew you could vector if you just lost your fear of them - lol.

I am a heavy smoker and I have to buy mine online. Generic GPC. I order 4 cartons at a time and with shipping it will cost me about $111.00. I think they are running me about $24 a carton. It has been so long since I have purchased just one pack, but I think that here in Arizona it is over $5.50 a pack. I heard that the government is trying to put a stop to on-line purchases of ciggies. They do come from the reservation were there is no tax on ciggies.

I was wrong about the cigs in a machine. John says they are 5.50 here not 4.50
Anyways, Huronna, I've tried the teacup and couldn't do it at the time but I've done some vectors since so I might try again. Kudos to you on a perfect cup!!!

This is too funny, a gorgeous vector creation has turned into price comparison on cigs. Congrats on the vectors. I'm rusty with them. PSP X is so improved with vectors and I was soooo used to the node pulling with PSP 8. Great job on this one Huronna! It's not easy except for the experts like Neo!!!!!!

Neo will probably notice my mistake though. I should have done all the head things on one basic vector layer because when it came time to tilt her head, that didn't work because they were on separate layers. So I had to convert them to raster and merge them and then when I tilted it got a little fuzzy so then I have to sharpen it.
I vowed to myself that one day I would do it and today was the day! Don't look for anything tomorrow though

PS I noticed Ani didn't put his signature on this. Penny Parker no longer allows her images to be used for free but says if you had them previously, you can still use them: "I am NOT asking anyone to delete or remove them or discontinue their use of them." So can this just be left alone and used as is?

Way to go Huronna...you did a great job! As far as I know Penny Parker allows usage of her linkware but not her gallery pieces. Hugs Sal

You can still use many of her images Flagryl

I love the coffee cup lady!
Lamb buys his stogies online from Famous Smoke and Tampa Humidor. In fact, from Tampa Humidor, he belongs in Cigar Dave's Officer's Club and he gets a few cigars to try every month. He and his friends listen to the Cgar Dave show every weekend on Sirius XM radio and they are so cute. It's like how everyone used to gather around the radio during WWII to hear war news. They hunker down in their places and sit for the whole show. I could strip nekkid and nobody would notice me.
There's been talk about people being sent bills from their states for unpaid sales taxes, but I think every case has been overturned.
Mmmmmmm, Marlborot Light 100s in a box. Yum! Had to be in a box, though. No soft pack. Bleh. And it couldn't be kings either. Too short. You can smoke 2 100s on a fifteen minute break. And if you are sneaking out there and you are not scheduled for your break but a customer is making you mad, you can wolf one down in under five minutes if you're seriously mad.

Super job Huronna! Wow the cost of cigs are out of the world... grampa quit when they went to 20 cents a pack... said it was too much moneys... but he didn't make me quit so I smoked myself up to 4 packs a day until I couldn't breathe lying down and about coughed myself to death... I quit over 30 years ago... WOW just think of the money you would save by putting the money in a piggie bank (you'd need to get a really big one) you'd have a big chunk of money in no time... but I know how hard it is to quit, it is addicting just like drugs...

The search I did was for pound to dollar conversion. But, it told me that I had chosen a value that was no longer used (the pound). I am assuming that pounds and euros are interchangeable in amounts. I may be wrong, but you would know more about that than I would. Do you still use pounds???
