Dern Photobucket anyway! ...and what not, if you like. I have some talented family and friends. A few have offered their photos for AL members to use. I hope you like them and can use them. Photo by Cate Corr. Her autumn garden pond. Photo by Jennifer Trousdale. My niece and Cate's daughter. I'm pretty sure I have some more of these and will upload them as I find them. Photo by Elizabeth Wesson. My daughter-in-love takes some beautiful pictures, mostly of my grandchildren, so I am sure you can understand why I might be biased. Photo by Alicia Cushin. I have known Alicia since 6th grade and on occasion she shares pictures from the area we grew up in. These struck me as wonderfully dramatic.

I haven't contributed much to the group this past year since I've been concentrating on the day to day with life and family. Any extra time or energy have gone into creating my jewelry pieces. I have gotten back into sculpting. I am working with clay for the purpose of making more original pendants and earrings. I thought these photos might be a small way of giving back to AL. I hope they can be used and I look forward to seeing what someone might do with them.

Thanks Betsy. I'm not sure if it is OK to post these here or not. If not, go right ahead and remove this post. Of course these are meant only for show. I just got a photo box to use for taking better pictures and fixing my old camera or buying a new camera will have to wait until after the New Year. Right now I am using my phone or my daughters little camera. My pics still leave a lot to be desired. I'll only post a few for now. I will add a link to my profile later when I get things up and running. That too will not likely be until well after the New Year. My lovely eldest daughter is modeling a resin set I made. The bezel is lined with a treated photo, then resin is poured. The second pour has a bit of dazzle added and the hand painted butterflies are added. The earrings are done in much the same fashion. The final resin pendant is a recycled bottle cap with photo, resin, dazzle and charms. I do several types of jewelry. The bracelet is a wire-wrap with glass pearls and beads. The pendants are a wire-wrapped cage with glass and an autumn wire-wrapped tree of life. Finally I have handmade clay candy corn in bottle pendant and earring set. When shaken the corn floats in a cloud of glitter. Thanks for your interest. I have a lot more, of course. I do a lot of one-of-a-kind pieces, only because I get bored easily. I make molds for clay and resin pieces by sketching my idea, sculpting it in clay and creating a mold to form consistent pendants and charms for earrings and bracelets. I just finished making some skulls and a spider web with a hand painted metal spider. Those were fun. I am doing several tiny sculptures (mermaids, sea creatures, etc.) for bottle pendants and I have many more projects in the line-up. So you can see how busy I have been. Hugs, Dest

Hi Dest, I reposted the photo of your beautiful daughter, just had to crop it a wee bit LOL I love those butterfly earrings. I'm actually wearing hand made butterfly earrings that I bought at the Butterfly House in Key West last month. I love uniques jewelry, especially earrings. These are great Love seeing what you do and thanks for the photos also and thank your friends.

Thanks Huronna. I should have thought of that, unfortunately my mind is on other things lately & it didn't register. I have more earrings that are unusual in the sense that they are not like what one might find at a chain store. I am also working on sculpting some ferrets and other animals for earrings. I haven't quite mastered the ferrets sweet little faces yet.

You're daughter is beautiful! And I love seeing the jewelry you've made. The blue flutters are very pretty. The tree is super. And the candy corn is so cool. I know the amount of work that goes into this. The end result is sooooooo worth it! Thanks for showing what you're doing.

I love your photos. Your jewelry is exquisite and looks so easy, but that's the beauty of it, isn't it? I don't have pierced ears but you definitely have a great skill. Wish I had the patience for jewelry making and such.
