Does anyone has checked it already out?
I have downloaded the Demo yesterday and i am thrilled about the features they have. LOVE the 'Magic Fill' ... it's just amazing!
To cut out something you don't like on an image, make a selection and use the Magic Fill. Et voila ... it's gone. It's soo easy!
Had a quick play today ...
EDIT: i deleted the tag, just remembered no blank tags are allowed. Sorry

I have PSP 7, 8, and 9 and I've never found a tut that I can't do with 9, which I use all the time. Newer versions have never fascinated me. LOL I have all three versions on this old pc and it's never slowed it down but another one might kill it. Glad to see that there's a new effect with 7 though. Thanks for sharing, Nickel.

Yes, I know that it's the newest version of PSP, Nickel. LOL That's why I said that I have 7,8,and 9 and have never needed any other. Can't afford it. LOL
What am I missing here?
As far as I know it's Paint Shop Pro X7. OK, I forgot to add the X to the X7 when I posted before.

I have X2 on my PC and 9 on my laptop. I don't think I'll get any others. That image looks good Nickel, but I'd like to see the before, too.

I was wondering about that feature. Will it make it unnecessary to tube? I wondered by the description. I'm such an idiot and try each new version that comes along. I'm currently using X5 but I also have X6. In the beginning I had a hard time accessing my plugins but it's working great now. I'll probably wait until X7 gets really cheap or maybe, if it does the tubing for you, it might be worth getting now.

Well I found the original image and I don't see anything that has been "tubed". I can see where the background could be repaired to removed the original bubbles and then add the animated ones. All of which could be done in PSP8 Maybe this was a one quick step to so what may have taken longer in a different version.
Wonder what else it can do

There is a program that takes unwanted things out like people or Telephone lines or birds etc. from a photo and blends the background in. It is called Inpaint (google it) as the site has a pic of a girl in a bikini so didn't want to put the link here. I know to buy it is $19.99

Sorry Susy, that was a misunderstanding.
All i wanted to say was that there is a nice new feature at PSP X7 called 'Magic Fill'. It would make life really easier, because you can remove things of an image with one single step without cloning the background. This is what i did with my sig preview ... removing the baubles and repairing the background in one step. I'll attach two images to show the effect.
Thanks Lainey for the tipp, but i just wanted to know if there are some peeps who already tried out PSP X7

AWESOME!! I just went to a site that a video that shows you how to do what Nickel did in her photos... Like what she showed in her example ya just use a tool to select what you want to remove and POOF! its gone I used to have a program that did that but will all the confuzer problems and new replacements it got lost in the shuffle... Thanks Nickel, that certainly looks easy enough and would be very helpful in removing unwanted objects...

I'd have to wait and see if X7 is stable, as I had dreadful time with X4 which was the first full programme I ever bought. I was using a 'free' PSP9 a friend had passed on and felt so guilty because I hadn't paid for it, but X4 crashed every time I accessed Animation Shop -it was dreadful. Then X6 was offered so cheap for about USD 35, I took the plunge, but still have a lot to learn on that, but I like the programme even if I don't use all the features. I haven't been able to get PSP9 to work again with PSPX6 on my computer, although it worked with PSPX4

You can buy PSP9 on eBay. I was looking for one for somebody the other night and there was a couple there. Really cheap.....I think it was like 9.99 Considering the older ones like my Anniversary PSP7 was about $100.
I have 7, 8, and 9 on my pc.

I have to wait to get PSP X7. X6 seemed a bit difficult for me but I had it on the XP so that could be the issue. The XP is in storage right now, but I may give X7 a try on the new laptop.

I have X2 so far and no probs with it at all (using WIN XP). Now after installing X7 i can't run both programs at the same time, if i try that my XP shuts down and i have to start over . Have to say that i am working with two OS, MAC OSX and WIN XP .. may be that causes the problem. It's hard to get used to X7 ... so many things has changed. I am missing to right click on the layer palette to chose options, there are only a few now. Also right clicking on top of the image to copy / copy merged is missing, there is no boarder anymore. Might be it's a settings problem and one can change it. Time will tell ... There are two more features that i'm curious about, will check them out the next days.

Hmmm That's interesting Nickel, be sure to let us know what you find out... I was so excited with the removal tool but haven't tried anything else with it... I guess it would be a lot of money just to have the removal tool... Thanks for the update and lookin' forward to what else you find out...
